Beautiful 'Shabby Chic' Kent Wedding

A very beautiful day in Kent,  almost as beautiful as the bride.

This lovely young couple invited me to shoot alongside Nicky and we got some amazing backdrops to play with.  Wonderful photos were the result.

Although this is a tricky one to chose just a few favourites - there were so many wonderful photos - here are some of those which gave me goosebumps.

Castles and brides...

Castles and brides.... So many people getting in touch regarding wedding photography!

I'm flattered this has all started to take off so well. I've turned down 2 weddings for this week already. Would you leave it quite that late (laughs?)

So I do believe I'm in one of the most picturesque places in kent in this photo of Rochester Castle. Many couples who chose a ceremony at the local register office can walk 2 minutes to here and have their photos taken. Lovely.

Leeds Castle wedding

Steeped in amazing history of times gone by and the most perfect backdrop for any wedding you could wish for.  This amazing venue provided the most excellent hospitality and the day went without a hitch.

Thanks to Matthew and Rebecca for welcoming me to shoot their wedding with Nicky from NPhotography for their very special day.

Here, I share a few images which capture the moment beautifully.  The day was filled with laughter, tears and a toast here and there.

After a beautiful and traditional church wedding in Sturry, Canterbury (where family members played a romantic playlist of songs throughout) Matthew and Rebecca left the church to the traditional organ striking out to be welcomed with smiles all round.

To find more like this, please come over to my Facebook page.  If you found this as you are looking for wedding inspiration for your own special day, many congratulations and the very best of luck!

Sick and tired of the rain?

Where in the world are you?

In the UK we are experiencing the wettest summer for 250 years!
250 years!!!!

I think I'm right in saying that in the US it's so snowy that even mail chimp have closed their offices!
Stay warm folks, stay warm

During this dark and wet time I thought it was only right and fair that I show you a few photos of quite possibly the hottest place I have been on the earth.  The Sinai desert.  The red sea.  Oh I love them both and miss the tranquility that comes with both.

The photo above is of the sunset in the desert.  The photo below is the sunrise in the Red Sea.  I would love to send you to this place in a visualisation!

Feel free to show me your photos of where you are!
